This course is meant to be a stand alone course, and a supplemental tool to the book The Truth: Keeping it 100, The Blueprint to Relationships. The great thing about this course is that it comes with the book if you haven't read it or don't own it yet (e-book), so you can follow along with the course. You don't need the book to take the course but it's just going to enhance your experience in this course that much more.

Briefly, there will be 3 sections in each module: The Overview, Actionable Steps, and Downloads. If there are other links to helpful or additional bonus content, they will be in the Links section.

• Overview section will give a brief description of the chapter/module's content and what you can expect to receive. I will also include key points to remember and takeaway form the chapter.
• Actionable Steps section are steps I want you to take immediately after reading the chapter, and reading through the course. They will be steps to help you achieve action right away. So you'll be setting goals, and getting some things moving and shaking around!
• Downloads will have a list of the FREE resources such as checklists, infographics, and downloadable PDF worksheets that will help you through this course.
• Links section will have a link to blog posts and special bonus content applicable to that particular module.

EPub, .mobi, and a PDF of the book if you're learning and reading from a computer.
